Temple University Health System received the City of Philadelphia's inaugural 2019 "Employer of Choice" Award. The award recognizes organizations that have shown exemplary practices in hiring, talent development, retention and culture. Among the 13 employers honored, Temple was the only health system to make the list, and scored the highest among the awardees.
